Product Return Policies:

For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Vibrators, unless we're notified of a defect within 24 hours of receipt, must be returned to the actual manufacturer at the customer's expense to be replaced. On gag party gifts, books, etc. that do not come into contact with personal areas, you are able to return the defective item for a replacement. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will exchange for DEFECTIVE 'non-personally used' items only (minus the cost of shipping and handling and subject to a 20% restocking fee if item is indeed not "defective"). Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to receive a return address for an even exchange. Please keep in mind, we will check the tracking information to check when the item was delivered. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be exchanged, so please keep all packaging for the 48 hour return period.

When you return your package, please include:

Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your replacement. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining attentive customer service. On occasion, shipping and handling can cause damage to products, as well as products coming damaged from the manufacturer, in which we have no control over nor are aware of. But we will make every effort to correct the situation.

Free Shipping Restrictions:

International orders do not qualify for free shipping.  Heavy orders (ex.:Love Machine) do not qualify for free shipping.  Orders that receive a sale discount, the discounted amount must equal $50 or above to receive free shipping.

Discreet Product Shipping and Customer Billing:

To further ensure your privacy, all of Just A Little Naughty's products are delivered in plain boxes, and will not state "Just A Little Naughty". Shipping can take up to 10 business days once payment has processed. Generally all packages are mailed and received within 5 business days.
Billing is taken care of manually. All orders come to one individual, that same individual manually processes your credit card payment. By allowing us to process your credit card payment, you are giving Just A Little Naughty complete approval to run your credit card specified for the charge of your order. This is your signature of approval.

DVD & CD Returns:

Due to the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes, all sales are final. We can only accept DVDs or CDs for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same DVD or CD at our cost. We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product.

Inventory Information:

We cannot guarantee that a product purchased will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. Please note: Orders consisting of more than one item, all in stock items will be shipped out asap. Back-ordered items will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost.  Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to two weeks but can occasionally take longer. Lingerie that is on back-order may take up to 4 weeks and can occasionally take longer.  We will continuously keep you updated on back-order status. If you choose not to wait for your back-ordered items, a credit will be given or you can choose something else.

Many products have a "duplicate" out there, possibly just from another manufacturer, or simply another color. We will contact you to see if a swap would be ok, no additional cost to you even if it's slightly higher in cost. If you prefer to wait on a back order, that is fine too. We will give you the decision.

Lingerie has a 5-10 business day shipping time.

Customs and Import Duties Information:

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Just A Little Naughty has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service or any country.
